On behalf of the Pinnacle Peak Ranchos Property Owners’ Association and all of your new neighbors, we’d all like to welcome you to the neighborhood!

You’ll find the people living here and our POA organization to be very friendly and welcoming. The basic goal of the Pinnacle Peak Ranchos POA is:

“to enhance and establish the Pinnacle Peak Ranchos community as a first-class residential subdivision in a unique natural desert setting and to preserve and protect the value, desirability, and attractiveness of the properties here.”

You should already have received a copy of our CC&Rs and Bylaws, which we ask you to review so you know the basic steps to follow when considering any additions, alterations or improvements. Feel free to contact the Chairman of the ARC, should you have any questions about any changes you may be considering.

If you are interested in getting involved with the POA, ARC or any other committees, please see the Board of Directors page for contact information. We would certainly welcome your talents and participation.

It’s very important that we maintain an accurate listing of all home/property owners for letting you know of important community news and any other matters that concern your property or the POA. Rest assured that this list is NOT published nor distributed outside of the existing Board.

To update our files for your property, please fill out the Home Owner Update Form online or on paper.  If by paper, return it to the POA’s post office box or send it with your documents and settlement check that your title company will be mailing to the POA after closing.
